Administrative Clerk

Overview:

The Administrative Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure accurate donor correspondence, maintain charity records, and assist with the reporting and filing processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage donor communications and maintain updated charity information.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
